Once we know what you want to achieve, one of our expert consultants will arrange a time to come out to your home for a free no obligation discussion. This will give you an opportunity to ask questions, get to know us and get an idea of feasibility for you wish list.

Of course not! Our initial estimate is FREE of charge. Within this, we will compile a detailed breakdown of your requirements and then compile an estimate based on our visit, the want and wish list you gave and any obstacles we foresee.

Most definitely, we use the detailed contracts drafted and prepared by the Federation of Master Builders, they are fair to both sides and any reputable builder should not have issues with the terms of it, once signed, it is a legally binding on both parties in a UK Court of Law. All our contracts and agreement have a ‘cooling off’ period, which is compliant with the consumers act.

Depending on the scale of project or services, we provide a contract with a detailed outline of what we agree to deliver, a timeframe for delivery and the costs, which includes materials and labour charges.

Definitely NOT…
We determine the exact cost of your development and a bi-weekly or weekly payment schedule will be arranged prior to any contracts being signed. Your project is carried out in stages and once you are satisfied with a completed stage, a payment is to be made. Even if any additional works are to be required, we will notify you in advance of any extra costs, agree the costs with you in writing and only then will we carry out additional work. This ensures complete transparency and accountability for both sides.

Our aim is to start the project within 2 weeks upon agreement of contract. Most projects can be started within 7 days. If the project does require planning permission then we usually start within two weeks of approval being obtained, as there may be some amendments or conditions which need to be addressed. But in general, with the team and processes we have in place, we are well suited to starting your project within a timeframe that suits your family’s needs.

We do NOT use high pressure salesmen. Instead, one of our own consultants, will personally come to your property and will discuss your project, and their expertise in the building industry will ensures they can answer any questions you may possibly have.

As a starting point we offer a free, fully itemised, no obligation quotation. You will receive your fully detailed quotation within 5 days of your initial free site consultation.

A number of our clients choose to vacate their property during the works, however it’s more than possible to continue to live through a project, if you want to do that, we can even create a temporary kitchen/bathroom/boiler etc. until your new home is ready.

One point to bear in mind is that if your property doesn’t have rear access, then we’ll have to bring everything through the house. If that’s the case, we will always fully protect the hallway and any floor surfaces.
